Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The first 30 days are free and you do not need a card. You only choose how to pay when you decide to stay.
What happens when the 30 days end?
You choose a plan and pay by debit order or card. If you choose nothing, your salon is put on hold: you can still sign in and download your information, but the diary and till stop.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. MiSalon is month to month. Stop whenever you like, and your data downloads in one file.
Do you charge per team member or take a cut of my sales?
No. The Salon plan is R299 a month for any number of people, and there is no fee on your own clients or your takings.
Are there extra costs for card payments or deposits?
Deposits run through your own PayFast, Yoco or Ozow account, so the money goes straight to you and that provider's normal fees apply. MiSalon takes no cut.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every rand price on this page includes VAT.
